Carrington Joins Rappaport Retail Brokerage

Shawn Carrington of Fredericksburg, Va. has joined Rappaport Retail Brokerage to head the firmï¿½s new Fredericksburg office located at 1302 Central Park Boulevard in Central Park. Carrington will provide leasing and landlord representation services throughout the Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond and Charlottesville markets. Formerly a Senior Associate with Thalhimer/Cushman and Wakefield, Carrington brings approximately 10 years of leasing experience. She received the 2011 and 2006 CoStar Power Broker and 2011 Thalhimer Rising Star awards.
