Charlotte Strain First Instructor at ICSC's CIRREE

Kudos to Charlotte Strain . . . the first instructor in ICSC's new "China Institute for Retail Real Estate Education" initiative in China. Charlotte, who serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management of the Rappaport Companies, delivered an outstanding presentation on Asset Management during the initial program of the CIRREE collaboration between ICSC and Leiden Education, held April 8-9 -at Leiden Education's learning center in Shanghai. Charlotte drew rave reviews from the class of 30 senior executives representing a broad range of companies in the Chinese retail real estate industry.

The CIRREE initiative provides mid-level to senior managers and executives in Chinese retailing and shopping center development with an overview of global best practices in a range of specializations. Forthcoming programs will focus on Leasing (Sept. 26th-28th) and Financial Management (October 24th-26th).
