Jimmy John's Now Open at Central Park

Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is now open in Central Park. The sandwich shop is located next to Radio Shack on Carl D. Silver Parkway.

Jimmy John's specializes in made-to-order gourmet sandwiches, using only in-house baked bread and fresh meats and vegetables with no additives or fillers, according to John Gluck, owner/operator of Jimmy John's. Restaurant dining and delivery within five minutes of the restaurant are available. Jimmy John's is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

"Jimmy John's is the most recent addition to the many new and fresh concepts we have been attracting to Central Park this year," said Shawn Carrington, Rappaport Retail Brokerage leasing and brokerage representative. "We are excited that they are open and are looking forward to enjoying their great selection of sandwiches and sides."

Carrington represented Jimmy John's in its lease negotiation, and Susan Bourgeios, also of Rappaport, represented the landlord.

Central Park is a 2.5-million-square-foot power center featuring more than 200 retailers and restaurants, including Old Navy, Target, Lowe's, Kohl's and Best Buy. The center is conveniently located right off I-95, on Route 3 in Fredericksburg. Central Park is managed by The Rappaport Companies.
