Rappaport Expands Leasing and Brokerage Team

McLean, VA – Kyle Gamber joins Rappaport as a Leasing and Brokerage Representative, where he will provide leasing and landlord representation services, as well as third party tenant representation, in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. He brings experience with project leasing at a wide range of retail properties, including urban, grocery anchored, and mixed use centers.

Gamber joins Rappaport after several years as an Associate with H&R Retail, where he represented property owners and landlords such as Ahold USA, owner of Giant grocery, and retailers such as CorePower Yoga and PetSmart. As a graduate of the University of Maryland, one of his most memorable deals is in College Park, MD, where he combined three dated parcels to place Nando’s Peri Peri, a thriving retail concept, igniting the corridor after 40 years of dullness. “Globally, everyone understands retail. What I enjoy most is bringing retail clients and landlords together to create communities and experiences for the consumer.” says Gamber.

At Rappaport, Gamber will be representing several properties including Chevy Chase Pavilion, The Shops at Pershing and Cabin Branch, and retailers such as BlackFinn AmeriPub and 7/11. He has a unique interest in boutique fitness and fashion retail concepts.

Gamber is an active member of the ICSC community, and serves on the ICSC Next Generation Committee, which helps develops industry programs geared towards the challenges, interests and trends in retail real estate. He grew up in Baltimore, MD, but has since lived in 15 locations around the DC metro area, which gives him knowledge and familiarity with different markets. He has been involved with many volunteer organizations such as Orphan Network and the Eastern Congo Initiative. Gamber currently resides in Washington, D.C.
