Rappaport Names Jessica Hurst Director of Portfolio Leasing

The Rappaport Companies has named Jessica Hurst of Vienna, Va., director of portfolio leasing.

In this new position, Hurst will provide direct oversight and management of the team responsible for leasing Rappaport’s portfolio of approximately 50 retail properties located in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She will also oversee lease negotiations, plan and develop leasing strategies and assist with tenant recruitment.

Before joining The Rappaport Companies, Hurst was a senior leasing agent with Regency Centers. During her 10-year career, she was responsible for sourcing and negotiating transactions in Regency-owned shopping centers from Florida to Northern Virginia. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved in ICSC’s Next Generation program. She also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
