Salon Plaza Signs New Lease at Worldgate Centre

Professional beauty services company will open in Fall 2014

Herndon, Va. —Salon Plaza has leased a 7,659 square-foot end space next to McAlister’s Deli at Worldgate Centre in Herndon and plans to open in Fall 2014. This will be their 21st location nationwide.

Salon Plaza is a one-stop destination for customers seeking a variety of beauty services. It also provides Independent Salon Professionals an opportunity to own their own business with minimal up-front costs. Kristin Perry of Rappaport represented the landlord in the transaction.
