Three New Businesses Lease Space at Festival at Riva

Annapolis, Md. – Three new merchants, Annapolis Green Dental, Mathnasium, and Uptown Cheapskate leased a total of 7,252 square feet of space at Festival at Riva in Annapolis, Md., and will open their new locations in late spring 2013.

“Festival at Riva is an easy choice,” said Bill Dickinson, Rappaport Retail Senior Director of Brokerage. “The center has fantastic visibility, great traffic and a strong tenant mix, all of which make it attractive for businesses to launch new locations in the marketplace.”

Annapolis Green Dental provides dental and orthodontic services, and has leased 2,652 square feet next to Chuck E. Cheese’s. Annapolis Green Dental was represented by Charles Peacock of Health Pro Realty Group.

Specializing in K-12 math tutoring, Mathnasium leased 1,000 square feet next to Mattress Discounters. Marshall Klein of Kleinworld Real Estate Services represented Mathnasium.

Uptown Cheapskate buys and sells new and like new brand name clothing and accessories at discounted prices, and they leased 3,600 square feet next to Party City. Cooper Henry of KLNB Retail represented Uptown Cheapskate.

Festival at Riva is at the intersection of Forest Drive and Riva Road. The shopping center is anchored by Giant Foods, Michael’s, Petco, T.J. Maxx and offers a wide assortment of retailers, restaurants and services such as Lane Bryant, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Franklin Toys, Carters, Men’s Warehouse and GameStop.
